Gather This Info

Having the right information ready saves time and gets your loved one home faster. Read this first — it takes two minutes.

What You Need

Items marked REQUIRED must be filled in before we can help. The more you have, the faster we move.

    Your Phone Number ★ Required The number we call back immediately. Enter this first on the next page.

    Arrested Person's Full Legal Name ★ Required First and last name exactly as it appears on their ID. Not a nickname.

    Date of Birth ★ Required Month, day, and year. This is how the jail roster matches the person — two people can share a name.
  • 4
    Parish Where They Were Arrested ★ Required Terrebonne, Lafourche, Assumption, St. Mary, or another Louisiana parish.
  • 5
    Booking Number On the arrest paperwork or visible on the official jail roster. Helps us pull the bond amount instantly.

    Bond Amount If the judge has already set a bond, write it down. If not, we will find it.
  • 7
    Your Relationship to the Arrested Person Spouse, parent, sibling, friend, employer — helps us understand what kind of support you need.

Official Jail Roster — Name & DOB

The jail roster lists every person in custody. Look for the full legal name column and the DOB column. Copy both exactly.
Official Jail Roster — Booking Number

Booking Number
The booking number is usually to the right of the name. It looks like a long alphanumeric code (e.g. 2024-00123).
